At Cap Hill Studios, we’re all about supporting our clients through this Russian twist, and our personal trainers like to make it a bit challenging by adding a kettlebell (sorry not sorry). So here’s how to achieve some results:

✔️Sit strong, lift your feet (if you can), and swing that kettlebell side-to-side to feel the burn. Strengthens core muscles, particularly the obliques
✔️Improves rotational stability
✔️Can be easily adjusted to different difficulty levels by changing the weight of the kettlebell

Mat Pilates

Focus on your core, breathing, and muscular integration to improve your posture, balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. 💙

This class will begin with gentle foam rolling and breath work to release tension in your body. The main working block of the class will consist of Pilates mat exercises; progressing from reclined to standing postures. The class will finish with stretching and a relaxation pose; giving you an opportunity to bring your attention back to your breathing and allowing your body a moment of quiet stillness.
