An empty studio… and a very full heart.

This little room has seen so much over the last year and a half. Pilates on Rosemont opened in my childhood home, and what started as a quiet dream quickly became something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

I’m feeling all the feelings as we close this chapter — grateful, emotional, proud, and incredibly excited for what’s next. The growth here has been unreal. Every single client who walked through these doors brought their own story, strength, patience, humour, and trust. You’ve all been such a source of inspiration, and it’s been an honour to move with you, teach you, and grow alongside you.

To my clients: thank you for your loyalty and belief in me. I’m so excited (and honestly touched) that nearly everyone is coming with me to the new space — turns out this isn’t a breakup after all.

To those on the waitlist: thank you for your patience and support. It hasn’t gone unnoticed, and I’ll be reaching out soon to see who would like to continue on the list as we settle into the new studio.

And the best part? This is just the beginning. The new space is brighter, more spacious, with higher ceilings — and I truly can’t wait for you to come see it.

Changes on the horizon 🤍

Pilates on Rosemont will be stepping into a new chapter in the next couple of weeks.

This space has held so much — strength built, confidence gained, deep focus, laughter between sets, and a community that somehow makes even the hard work feel fun.

I’m feeling both excited for what’s ahead and a little sentimental about what’s been created here (apparently you can feel all the feelings at once). The heart of the studio isn’t going anywhere — just evolving slightly.

🎉 1‑Year Pilates Anniversary - client version! 🎉

Huge high‑fives to Tajinder, Winnie, Marie, Stacey, Sabrina, and Harjot (some sneaky ones not pictured 😉).

You didn’t just show up—you stretched, strengthened, and leveled up your Pilates practice week after week, rain or shine, through busy schedules and life’s curveballs. I’ve loved getting to know you beyond the equipment—and somehow you’ve all survived Sereia, my almost‑3‑year‑old, who insists on “quality control hugs” before every session starts! 💛😂

Watching you improve posture, move with more ease, trade pain for comfort, and sprinkle a little Pilates wisdom into daily life has been incredibly rewarding. And yes… maybe a few laughs discovering muscles you didn’t even know existed! 😂

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for showing up, trusting the process, and making Pilates—and our little community—a part of your lives.

Meet Winnie, a former ballroom dance champion 🏆

Winnie came to me with chronic neck and shoulder pain—not from her dancing days but due to work stress. We focused on boosting thoracic mobility, optimizing neck placement, and enhancing scapular stability, but as you know, Pilates is a *full-body* practice (because let’s face it, we can’t leave any muscle behind! 🌟).

Initially, she saw me monthly for physio, but once she switched to weekly Pilates sessions at , her progress skyrocketed! Chronic pain? Vanished! Now she’s nailing the *Push Thru on Stomach* on the Cadillac, a difficult exercise that requires both shoulder stability and mobility. Keeping the deep core engaged, especially the transversus, while lying face down is no small feat, but Winnie executed it with strength and grace! 💪

The cherry on top? Winnie has noticed a significant improvement in her golf game. When she practices Pilates before hitting the course, she performs better, and recently, she played back-to-back days without the usual post-game back soreness. 🎯

She’s expressed that she wishes she’d known everything she knows now during her competitive dance years, as it would’ve been a total game-changer for her body. But I always say—better late than never! 😊

I’m so proud of her progress and excited to see how much stronger she’ll get from here!

Teaser Tuesday, straight from Sardinia! 🌊

Let me tell you, doing a Teaser while listening to waves is *way* more peaceful than struggling with a sand-in-your-face situation! 😅 But what you don’t see here are the tiny stabilizing muscles firing on all cylinders to keep me from rolling into the sea. My inner thighs are pulling together like a secret team, my deep core is lifting (so I don’t tip!), and my back muscles are making sure I don’t fold like a lawn chair.

This isn’t just about balance—it’s about waking up those deep muscles you didn’t even know were on duty. You don’t need to be on a beach to feel this connection, though! At , I’ll help you find that same strength and control, no sand necessary.
