Hey everyone, we have been getting some messages, and confusion, about the "Last Stand" event, being held at 108 mile in may of this year. In the interest of clarity, here it is as bluntly as is possible.

No, this is not an event that we, OmegaOps, are involved with. This is a solo effort by Trigger and their event management branch, TES. Yes, this means that Crossfire! is a no go, as that event is a joint effort between OmegaOps and Trigger Airsoft.

We were contracted by Trigger Airsoft to run Crossfire. It was meant to cover a number of years that fell during the height of the pandemic shenanigans, and so we did not host as many as we would have liked. But that contract has now come to a close.

There are quite a number of factors involved that led to this contract not being renewed. End of the day, what matters is that the property and the right to host games there, is controlled by Trigger, and it is their prerogative how they operate, and with whom.

We are very grateful for the opportunity to work with Trigger in the past, to use the property they found and secured, and to produce two events we are proud of, with them. Sadly, that will not be continuing, at this time. Such is life and business, and we hold no ill will, nor is there bad blood here. It just, simply, did not work out.

We wish Trigger all the best with their upcoming event, May long, and any inquiries about Last Stand may be directed to the team at Trigger Airsoft.

As to OmegaOps and our future events, as is our policy, when we have something concrete to announce, we will do so. At this time, we have many plans and things in the works, but nothing we want to get you excited over, until we are certain we can deliver the experience you've come to expect from us.

Hi everyone,

We wanted to take the time and thank everyone who came out to Crossfire! 2022 and made it what it was. The event would be nothing without the players, and each and every one of you added something unique to the experience; yourselves.

Many of you had to leave early for one reason or another, and so by the time ENDEX was reach on Sunday, you missed our Debrief where we gather feedback from the players. We need that to improve, and so our friend on BLU, Jesse, has provided us with a form.

Really simply, give us your email, the unit/faction you were in, and tell us to Improve something you thought didn't work or could be better, or Sustain something you thought made the game great or want to see more of. There is a box there to put your thoughts down.

We really appreciate the feedback as there are just too many people to personally make contact with. Alternatively, our email is [email protected], and we'd love to hear a more in-depth review of the event, if you have one.

Endex for Crossfire is complete. We are on our way home. What a weekend. There is so much for us to process right now and it will definitely take some time for it to truly sink in.

To the 350+ players, you came, you saw and you conquered! THANK YOU! You bought in to our shenanigans and played your hearts out all weekend long. It was great to finally meet so many of you in person. The stories we overheard will last a lifetime and make all the blood, sweat and tears worth it.

Roman and Chris words cannot express our gratitude for your incredible Pyro display. You two are class acts!

To the PMC squad. You brought it all weekend. Thank you for helping with the set up! You turned our makeshift town into an epic compound. Your enthusiasm was next level!

Graeme, Tristan, Neil, Trevor, Gary and Nick We could not have done this without you. Thanks Gentlemen.
