In our sport, safety is the number one priority.

Safety goes beyond each and every dive. Women should feel safe from any sort of sexual assault, harassment, exploitation, and abuse.

We want to ensure Oceaner can be seen as a safe space, that we are available for concerns to be voiced and heard. That the individuals we work with can be trusted and that our community is a safe place.

We strive to continually improve and take action where we are able to do so. We aim to maintain an environment for anyone to feel they can safely to reach out to voice any concerns they may have.
