Lotus paddler, Isabelle Cote, is currently embarking on a 30-day relay swim of the length of the Fraser River (1400 km).

Just a reminder that the Lotus Outrigger Season Opener chit chat session is set for this Saturday right after practice. 10:30 ish start. We will discuss the upcoming race season, practice times, coaching, etc. I may have snacks!
