It was 2 years of delays, setbacks, surprises, and problems we didn’t even know existed until we were already standing in them.

We stepped into almost every ditch possible with this project. Construction delays, permit delays, equipment delays, unexpected costs, sleepless nights, and moments where it honestly felt like the finish line kept moving further away.

But somehow, by a hair, we made it through.

Seeing this place come to life made every setback worth it.
