Last week marked a milestone for Lifemoves. The last of the furniture that was left by previous tenants and stored by the landlord was removed.
Our strength and conditioning room now feels more open. We have room to breath and move with ease.
There will be more updates to this room as time goes on.
Do you want to get stronger and become more resilient? Book with Alfred or Ryan.

It's amazing to see the tactile contrast flooring around the Bay 1 at the Amazing Brentwood. It guides people to the mall and to the bus.
The tiles are directional, and they indicate transition points for paths.

Yes, we know that the fence makes it awkward to find our side entrance when the car wash isn't open.
Step 1: Find the pedestrian size gap between two fence panels.
Step 2. Follow the blue and green brick road past the fence to the side glass door with the green sign.
Step 3. Climb the grey stairs with the blue railing to find our movement wizards.
We are here and ready in North Burnaby to help you improve your health, quality of life, and well-being.
Use links above or call 604.568.5484 to begin your journey.

This weekend marked a significant milestone in making our new location more visible to the public and easier to find. We put up a sign on the South side.
It is visible when looking north while travelling East and West on Hastings Street, passing Kensington Park. It is also seen when people enter the parking lot for Tim Hortons.
To access your appointments on the second floor, you walk past the fence and look for a side entrance marked with our name. Open the door, then turn left and walk up the stairs with the blue railing.

Last night, I tried my hand at astrophotography. My camera is propped up on a on the top of a boulder.
The first mistake was momentarily being frustrated because all my adjustments produced a black image. Oops, the lens cover was on. 🤣
Big Beach is very rocky where I was. Getting the camera settings correctly adjusted was challenging, too.
⭐️⭐️🌛 The view of the stars was amazing .
