NDG Roadrunners

NDG Roadrunners is non-profit organization that has weekly track workouts They participate to races of the Circuit Endurance.

Our members are roadunners who train for distances going from the mile to the marathon. We organize annually the Classic Carl Anderson Mile Race at Confederation Park. The profits of the event are donated to the program of YMCA NDG Strong kids (ymcaquebec.org). Nous sommes un organisme sans but lucratif de Notre-Dame-de Grâce du nom de NDG Road Runners dont la mission est de promouvoir la course à

pied auprès des adultes et des jeunes. Nos membres sont des coureurs sur route qui s’entraînent pour des distances allant du mile au marathon. Ils participents aux courses du circuit endurance. Nous organisons annuellement la Classique Carl Anderson Course du mile au Parc de la Confédération dont les profits de l’événement sont versés au programme du YMCA NDG Strong kids (ymcaquebec.org). Notre club est membre de la Fédératino d’athlétisme du Québec (F.A.Q)

Saturday morning 5k group.but coach mike and dez went to cote saint luc to do a 5k screamer.well a screamer for us.dez came in at 41.19 and mike did 37.12 .were both happy and mike used his new bouncy shoes!

Well well 21 showed up today !1 was a dog .it looked like a road race on terrebonne. Dez wanted to thank the club for the support.he was very close to breaking 40 min .

News from down under .mission accomplished they got the damn medals .peter 3.39 and vic 3.41 in the marathon in sidney!

Gotta give a shout out to simon Rosenthal. He came in 11th out 12,700 runners in a 5k in australia .simon started with the road runners when he was like 8 years old.till 14 then moved on to the big boys club. Congrats simon .

25 showed up tonight some young newbies showed up. we celebrated some compitions .and got a solid workout done.
