First day back after being sick 🤧. After falling off the routine, it’s very easy to get down on yourself but just know that it’s not permanent. The mental battle is hardest part. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I ended up losing some weight and strength but that will all come back with consistency. Learning to gradually work up to the volume I was doing beforehand is important for staying pain-free/injury-free.

Now that I’m back, we’re gonna hit 2022 as hard as we can. All gas no breaks ⛽️💨

Consistency and discipline are extremely important when it comes to exercise. Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean we forget about it.

For the last 9 years, I’ve been working on learning more about exercise so I can apply it to my life as well as others. All the hard work is starting to pay off. It’s all a mindset no matter what age you’re at. Keep continuing to work hard, it might get lonely but that’s okay. We’re investing in our bodies.
