🫶🏼 SELF VALIDATION vrs. EXTERNAL VALIDATION: make sure you’re living your life in ways that make YOU, yourself proud. Go after things, and make daily decisions that make YOU happy and proud internally, of your self. Take the pressures off of things that you’re seeking external validation for from others. Or others approval.

✨✨SELF CARE comes in so many forms; from anything to getting a massage, to working out, to doing something that fills your soul! Self care is FILLING YOUR OWN CUP, and yes this includes taking the time to feed your body with whole foods that will feed your body some love.
Take the time to plan your meals, to get your nutrition on point & to live yourself. Your going to feel like a different person when you put some time in filling your own cup 💕

✨I started meditating about 30 days ago. I can say with absolute confidence that there really is something to this! I have experienced quite an extreme shift in mindset, finding and acting on my truths, and heightened levels of focus and memory recall.
Try it out! I started with 10 minutes first thing in the morning, and now am typically completing 30-40 minutes and actually LOOKING FORWARD to doing it! Love yourself & take the time to show yourself some love & gratitude 🩷🔆

I had a thought today, while walking around the local grocery store; I noticed the lack of smiles that society walks around with every day. Everyone rushing, people judging others and too caught up in “life” to find the small little joys in life. What has happened to everyone smiles? Here’s a random reminder to take a deep breath, be in the moment and smile a kind smile to a random person. You never know whose day it could completely turn around. Spread the love ❤️ &love
