Third times the charm!π€π
In four days, I am able to finally see my amazing clients in the gym again.
Let me tell you, I couldnβt be any more excited!!!
I canβt wait to guide these amazing people, my clients and friends, back to their fitness routine. To see them sweat, push, laugh, exert that built up energy and create the body and mind they deserve!
So glad this is all coming to an end, but itβs really just a new beginning, a new chapter.. letβs make it one to remember!

Warning: Vulnerable post!π
I am an optimist, through and through; always being positive and I love spreading my light to the world! .. However, this last year has shaken up so many people including myself that when the fear sets in, itβs hard to get out of that spiral.
Focusing on the BIG PICTURE can be absolutely overwhelming, and from my experience in the past 14 months, it can be debilitating. Losing motivation, desire, even own identity at times!
This is why itβs so important to focus on what you CAN control. If you control your own mind, you hold all of the power! Take small steps every day, and before you know it, youβll be out of that low vibration and you can flourish in your best self. Med-I-TATE!
Itβs been a struggle, but asking those closest to you for help when you need it, and then giving yourself all the love and compassion you absolutely deserve helps lift you!

When was the last time you sat with your thoughts? ππ
No really... when was the last time you sat with yourself and let your thoughts pass by, feeling that calmness wash over you. In that stillness, in that silence, that is when your true self comes through.. In todays world, it is more important than ever to remember who you are, why youβre here, and what your willing to learn from this life. βοΈ
Take a moment every single day to reflect. Check in, ask yourself what you need, and what you can radiate in this world. Be that light we all need right now.

There are so many foot placements to use, but these are my top four favs!
Which foot placement targets which muscle group???πππ
Standard: a standard shoulder width foot placement is great for overall leg development.
Wide stance: a wide stance puts more emphasis on the adductors and inner quad.
Narrow stance: a narrow stance puts more emphasis on the abductors and outer quad.
High foot placement: having a high foot placement puts more emphasis on the glutes and hamstrings.
