Ready to food prep dinner, my new fitness goal is healthy eating. I personally have used a high level of fitness and athletic ability, as an excuse to eat a lot of semi unhealthy food. I’m an amateur athlete, and I’ve taken advantage of having really good genetics which allowed me to abuse my body. I had an epiphany recently: what if I really took care of myself instead of everyone around me? What if I focus on being the best I can be for myself and then, I’ll be around many more years to take care of the people I care about? Follow along on this journey if you like…
