Recently a post was made in another group about their Association evaluation process being a joke. We would just like to remind our members that Evaluation Coordinator's are volunteers. They work tirelessly on top of other commitments and their own family so that kids can get back on the ice. Let's keep that in mind when we are frustrated with the process. Maybe it's time for you to volunteer?
Patience, understanding and kindness goes a long way for our volunteers at this time of year. Teaching your children to also take this approach and be thankful we are back on the ice for another season can go a long way. Everyone is in this for the love of the game and above all to have a safe & fun season!
