Team Bertsch

I’ve got to come clean, folks
There’s no “Team Bertsch” this year, at least not in the traditional sense. So you won’t see exciting partnership announcements, team bios, or a schedule.
Instead, you’ll get tidbits here and there when Team Bertsch is there to round out a field of play; calling a few friends together to share good times and try to make good shots.

Who knows what the rest of the season may have in store!

In my heart of hearts, still my favourite thing to do is step out on the ice.
So thank you for cheering, thanks to those friends for playing, and thank you for following along!

In the ebbs and flows of life, let’s always remember to be kind and patient with ourselves.

Our Round Robin draw schedule for the Alberta Curling Series Event 1 is:

Game 1 vs Team Gim 8:00pm Friday

Game 2 vs Team Ladouceur 10am Saturday

Game 3 vs Team Purcell 6pm Saturday

Our first event is this weekend! We are playing in the Alberta Curling Series Event 1 at the Leduc Curling Club.

Alberta Curling Series The Alberta Curling Series is host to multiple Men's, Women's and Mixed Doubles curling events, with all earned points counting towards the World rankings, Canadian Team Ranking System and Curling Alberta rankings. Teams can register for events. Fans can link to live streaming and scoring.

We have decided to part ways at the end of this season. We are so grateful to our sponsors for making this year possible, and for the friendships we have made along the way!

We are so excited to play in this final event of the season!

Curling Alberta is pleased to launch the inaugural Boston Pizza Alberta Curling Tour Championships which will be hosted at the Leduc Curling Club on March 31 – April 3, 2022. During the season, teams from across the world competed in events sanctioned by the Boston Pizza Alberta Curling Tour. By competing in these events, 16 of the best Men’s and Women’s teams earned invitations to to the Boston Pizza Alberta Curling Tour Championships,

$35,000 in prize money is on the line, including an exciting skills competition on Thursday evening where players will compete as individuals to claim a share of $2000 in cash and prizes. Select games and the skills competition will be live streamed on our Curling Alberta YouTube Channel.
