3- Cold Showers: First thing I do every day. said it best. He starts his day with a cold shower to tell his brain “when I say go, we go”. This forms a relationship with yourself to honour commitments and promises you make to YOU.
4- Tackle the Hard things First: Two thoughts. Do little things to build momentum for the hard things. Or start with the hard things and be most effective on them. Personally I lean towards the latter.

Day 28 of The 75 Day Money Challenge by , which was inspired by the75 Day Hard Fitness Challenge by .
My favourite thing about the challenge is the information I’m constantly getting about personal finance. Everyday I’m either reading, watching a video or listening to a podcast about finance and it’s incredibly informative and motivating!!
The rules for the 75 Days are
-Review and Create Financial goals for 2022
-Budget Each Month (Budget of choice, reverse budget or other)
-Track Net Worth (the podcast recommended personal capital)
-Read 10 pages of a personal finance book per day
-1 Workout per day (health is wealth)
- Target your next step on Stairway to Wealth
For me this looks like..
Step 1: Emergency Fund (3 months of living)
Step 2: High interest Debt (over 7%)
Step 3: Invest for retirement/ Low interest Debt/ Big Life Events
-Do this at least 75 Days
