Meet our Canada F45 Athlete Mariam Allam 🇨🇦

Mariam is an Egyptian Canadian who found her love for fitness after getting her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from MIT. Starting as an F45 member, she went through a significant weight loss transformation, eventually leaving her engineering academia career behind to pursue her passion for F45. Mariam is here to show women everywhere that fitness is for everyone and to inspire people from all over the world. Her vibrant spirit and infectious personality, coupled with her dedication to learning fitness, makes her a valuable asset to coach, inspire and educate people all over the world.

Be ready to be inspired and motivated by our new 2024 F45 Athletes. You have already seen them start to appear on TVs. All athletes will be featured by the end of January.

These athletes from across the globe will not only be up on our TVs but they will also visit studios around the world and support events in various regions.
