Lit is gearing up for the 2025 season! We’re refining our focus on a high-performance program built for national competition, prioritizing elite play at select major tournaments and Nationals.

This is not a tryout for local tournaments like Kelowna, Kamloops, or Nelson—those rosters will be selected separately, and more casually, based on who wants to play with us for any given tournament.

Instead, this is a comprehensive program that includes all practices, training, and major tournaments leading up to Nationals.
