COACH’S TIP: BENCH PRESS
Tomorrow’s workout is coming up, and we’ve got a quick tip to help you get the most out of your bench press!
Before you start pressing, make sure your shoulders are set and stable. As you lower the weight, keep your elbows at roughly a 45-degree angle from your body rather than flaring them straight out.
This helps create a stronger, more stable pressing position while reducing unnecessary stress on your shoulders.
Small adjustments can make a big difference in how you move, so keep this one in mind during tomorrow’s session!
Train smarter. Get stronger.
