Homemade Granola Recipe!

Ingredients

3/4 cup whole slivered almonds
3/4 cup any other nuts (I like walnuts)
2.5 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
A sprinkle of h**p hearts and unsweetened coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Mix oats, nuts, and salt in bowl and stir.
2. In microwave safe bowl, mix honey, vanilla extract, and coconut oil and microwave for 30-40 seconds.
3. Poor honey mixture over the oats, evenly coated.
4. Spread evenly on baking sheet & add sprinkle of coconut,
h**p hearts, and cinnamon (optional but recommended)
5. Bake for 5 minutes, and then stir and spread back to an even layer. Return to the oven for 5-7 more minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
6. After it cools completely, store in an airtight container.

Serve with some unsweetened greek yogurt and fresh fruit for a quick snack full of healthy protein, carbs and fat.

Another Wednesday workout for these ladies! Today we did an upper body strength day🙌🏻 We tracked reps and weights in each set and progressively got heavier (Progressive overload)! Arms were shaking allll day 👍🏻
