Every trail you ride on Moose and Prairie exists because someone showed up with a shovel, a saw, and a lot of patience. This week we want to say a huge thank you to Alain, our Trail Build Lead, and the whole MMBTS Trail Crew. 🙌 From spring through fall, they're out there doing the grinding, hauling, and fixing that keeps our trails flowing, mostly work you never see and never think about while you're riding.
This season really showed what that dedication looks like. Big builds like the Switchyard were happening at the same time as all the regular trail work. Alain and the crew kept every project moving while material was hauled in by hand, by quad, and in some cases by passing riders who stopped by to grab a few boards.
So the next time you're rolling down a fresh berm or a rebuilt feature, take a second to thank the folks who made it happen. If you see the crew out on the mountain, say hi, and if you want to help, join us at a trail day, volunteer, and become a member. Long live the trail crew! 🚵

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the dedicated group of trail builders who originally paved the way for the incredible network we all get to ride today.

A massive high five goes out to some of the OG Race Builders - Darren, Justin, Mike, Shane, Mark, Chris, Rob, and the countless other individuals who helped shape the mountain into such a fantastic place to ride, we truly appreciate you all!

Please keep sharing your photos and videos with us. We love seeing everyone out there having a blast and riding these new lines to the fullest!

MMBTS Poker Rally & BBQ is October 4, 9am to 4pm.

Check in at Ing's Mine, everyone starts with 2 cards. Shuttle for cards on every lap, or pedal and hit the punch stations (Kundalini, Shattered, Race of Hearts) for 2 cards each. E-bikers welcome, one card per punch. BBQ and prizes at 2:30pm, courtesy of Smiil Heights and Calgary Cycle.

$10/rider, proceeds go towards supporting the trails.
