Hi Team,
It has truly been my privilege and honor to be a part of this amazing community. As a coach, I’ve had the joy of watching so many of you grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for trusting me to guide you under the orange lights.
I hope along the way you’ve not only learned something about strength training, but also discovered something new about yourselves. That’s the real gift of this place.
This was not an easy decision for my family, but one we felt we needed to make. While I’ll be stepping away, I’m genuinely excited for all of you to experience the new energy and direction that comes with new ownership. I know you’re in great hands.
Most of all, I just want to say thank you—for showing up, for giving your best, and for being YOU. I’ll always be cheering for you, in fitness and in life.
