This Father's Day, we're inviting you to share a workout with your dad or your kids!

On Sunday, June 21, members can bring their dad to class, or dads can bring their son or daughter along for a workout. It's a great opportunity to spend some quality time together while getting a sweat on.

Balance Trainer: Plank with Opposite Knee to Elbow πŸ’ͺ🏼

Start in a strong plank position with your elbows under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels. Keeping your hips as stable as possible, drive one knee across your body toward the opposite elbow, then return to the plank position and repeat on the other side.

Focus on:

* Bracing your core throughout the movement
* Keeping your shoulders stacked over your hands
* Minimizing hip rotation and rocking
* Moving with control rather than speed

Benefits:
This exercise challenges core stability, improves coordination, and engages the obliques, shoulders, and hip flexors while maintaining full-body tension.

We’re launching a new small-group strength training program focused on:
β€’ Squat
β€’ Bench Press
β€’ Deadlift
β€’ Progressive overload
β€’ Strength development and lifting technique

This 6-week program is designed to help you build confidence under the bar, improve your lifting mechanics, and get stronger in a supportive coaching environment.

🏁 Final Session: Wednesday, July 8
πŸ•š Mondays & Wednesdays at 11:00 AM
βž• Additional Session Friday, June 26
⏱ 30-minute sessions
πŸ‘₯ Limited to only 6 members

Please note there will be no Lift Club session on Wednesday, July 1 due to the holiday. The Friday, June 26 session has been added to keep the full progression structure intact.
