Our team member Yang recently took a trip out from Calgary to the Saskatchewan Glacier to get some spring turns in. Glacier travel requires a kit that can handle massive temperature swings, from the high-output skin track to the damp, freezing air of an ice cave.

Join us on Tuesday evenings from March 31 to May 19th for a community hatha yoga class, led by instructor ! Welcome to all levels, we will practice Hatha yoga for an hour. Doors will open at 6:50 with classes running from 7:00 - 8:00PM. Mats are not available at the store so please ensure you bring your own.

This is a free class however donations are encouraged to support , an organization that builds and maintains some 166 km of multi-use trails in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
