Little Yogis

Little Yogis is all about yoga for kids! Our instructor, Heather, has been practicing yoga in Calgary for the past twelve years.

Little Yogis offers a supportive, non-competitive, non-judgemental and most importantly, FUN environment for your child to experience yoga in. Kids learn best when they are having fun, so Little Yogis classes involve story telling, games, songs, and themes, incorporating yoga poses all at the same time. Your child will learn poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques while they are play
