Hey everyone! I know I have been MIA from this page for awhile. I had to change career paths during the pandemic and I have been trying to get my footing.
I will be offering a monthly personal training program in Kindersley.
This program is more laid back but still focusing on health and wellness as I will be in Kindersley once a month and not be able to physically be with you each week.

I have talked to a lot of people with knee issues in the last few years, myself included. Does anyone have knee damage that has used any of these exercises and do they work for you? I do the hamstring stretch and the side-lying leg lift.

I don't post a lot of my workouts because I
A-havent been doing as many as I should be and
B- I used to dance for 10 years. After I gained my weight I didn't like dancing in public anymore or posting it.
I'm getting back at it and listening/dancing with some great people.
I recommend The Fitness Marshall if you like to dance :)

After working a long day yesterday I get home and find an amazing meal made by Andrew Crump. Not only is it filling, and less then 700 calories, he prepped tonight's meal as well! Having self motivation is essential for your weight loss journey, but having someone doing it with me makes all the difference :)
