πŸ’™ I did a thing......

Last year, I worked on a chapter alongside some other amazing Coaches I have had the privilege to train with, and as of today, I am very excited to call myself an Author!!!

πŸ‘‰ My chapter is called "Accepting Your Darkest Shadows and Your Brightest Light," interestingly, my shadow side popped up for a little while around the holidays!

I used to be the "shy" good girl with low self-esteem, low confidence, no boundaries, and a vast people-pleaser. I was addicted to food, games, and TV as an escape mechanism!

My chapter goes into a little bit of detail on why I was a "depressed good girl" and how I eventually started to trust myself again, have fun, and laugh authentically!

I cannot wait for my book copy from Amazon this Saturday!

If you do decide to pick up the book! I would love to hear your feedback on my chapter, and of course, I would be happy to pass on feedback to my fellow authors as I have heard all of the chapters will cause tears to spring to your eyes and spark hope after you have finished reading it!

I DID IT!!!

I completed a mini-course that I am super proud of and happy to sell to people because I know it is going to serve and help anyone with their anxiety and stress.
​
​
Here is what I have learned: a huge part of my own anxiety was worrying about the future, about what others thought of me and if I lived up to their expectations.
​
​
Why?
​
​
Just like anyone on planet Earth, I went through a few things when I was younger, and one of these things is the first time I am putting it in writing to the public:
​

πŸ‘‰ I remember someone mentioning that "I was an embarrassment to them."
πŸ‘‰ I was asked to "tone down my energy" and be a good girl
πŸ‘‰ I was sexually taken advantage of when I was younger
​
​
This mini-course is infused with simple and easy techniques that are between 30 seconds to 12 minutes to help with anxiety and stress.
​
​
My anxiety led me to be overwhelmed, which resulted in me being very close to burning out and acting as though everything was okay!
​
​
The reason I wanted to release a mini-course, especially around Christmas, is because anxiety and stress do increase for families around this time of the year.
​
​
πŸ’™ It does for me when I think of all the loved ones who have passed away in recent years.πŸ’™
​

I took a break from Social Media for a few weeks as I needed to reflect on my journey and heal.
​
​
We go through tough times, and I want to let everyone know that no matter what you have gone through or are going through, there is a reason for it.
​
​
It will suck; however, I know humans are capable of bouncing back and stepping forward.
​
​
Here is what I did for my own healing process to prepare for the next chapter that I am stepping into:
​
​
πŸ’œ I hired Coaches to help me figure out my future and to get results
​
​
πŸ’œ I worked with Hypnotherapists to help me accept my past and send love to my inner child
​
​
πŸ’œ I journaled every day, starting with what I was grateful for
​
​
I am getting ready for a new chapter in my life where I am choosing to share my story.....not because it sucked.
​
​
Because it will give hope to others who may have or are struggling with anxiety, stress, or depression because of what happened to them in the past. ​
​
​
If you are reading this post until the end, I want to say You matter and You are enough just the way you are.
​
​
Maybe, just maybe what you are going through or have gone through is a gift that you can share with someone else on how you overcame your personal demons.
​
​
The world needs your authenticity!

🌟 The power you're looking for is already inside you. 🌟

It was such a simple and profound statement that I did not believe for 25 years of my life as I had given away my power to society and society's rules mainly because I wanted to fit in.
​
​
There are days that I still struggle with this mantra, and yet I believe with all my heart and soul that I have the ability and strength to change my circumstances and live a more fulfilling life to reach my financial goals and to achieve freedom.
​
​
Here is a quick technique that I do every morning:
​
​
1️⃣ Every morning, I take a moment to close my eyes and think about the person I am becoming by bringing up a "movie screen" in my mind's eye to see a more confident me and to closely observe how she stands and speaks.
​
​
​
2️⃣ After 30 seconds, I float into the movie screen to embody and feel the confidence.
​
​
​
3️⃣ As I embody my future self, I imagine what it feels like to kindly and confidently say No to someone asking for volunteers.
​
​
​
The third step is important to me because I am still the type of person to say Yes if someone needs help yet this is how I overwhelmed myself in the past by overcommitting and neglecting my own health.
​
​

Sometimes, one moment of realizing who you truly are can change everything. For a long time, I acted like someone else, trying to fit in and be accepted.

But, no matter how hard I tried, real happiness was always out of reach. I was scared that if people saw the real me, they might not like it, especially with some of my memories where I was told to 'always be the good girl.'
​
​
But when I decided to be true to myself and show the world who I really was, everything changed. I let go of what others expected and started living my life on my terms. That's when I truly felt happy and free. 🌟

For me, I tolerated being out of shape and overweight and often let people interrupt me during my focus time.

Here's a challenge for you: Write down 25 things you tolerate in your life. Big or small, jot them down.✍️ But here's the twist: pick ONE thing from your list. One thing you decide you're done with.
