CANADA ELITE x GENESIS BASKETBALL -
NIKE EYBL 🏀

Genesis Basketball is excited to partner with Canada Elite to build the strongest NIKE EYBL program in Canada.

Through nationwide talent identification, proven player development, and a unified leadership team, we are excited to help lead Western Canada onto the biggest stage in grassroots basketball.

Genesis Basketball will continue to offer our independent NIKE JR EYBL and NIKE Champions League teams. Our talent identification efforts will extend across the country, with a strong focus on discovering and developing the next generation of talent in Western Canada. If selected, those players will join Canada Elite, in the NIKE EYBL.

As part of this partnership, Genesis Basketball coaches will join Canada Elite on the coaching staffs for the upcoming NIKE EYBL AAU season, further strengthening our commitment to player development and national collaboration.

Stay tuned for the coaching staff, and December tryout information for the NIKE EYBL tryouts.

Two of our top class of 2029 student athletes are attending the Chris Paul Rising Stars camp in North Carolina this weekend.

Kohen Deck and Mikhail Francis were identified by CP3 staff as top 75 recruits heading into camp and are among the selected groups who had a private workout this evening with the staff and scouts.

Tomorrow the boys will take unofficial visits to North Carolina, Duke, Wake Forest, and NC State.

Coach David Kapinga from Genesis will be guest coaching. Our President Coach Eddie has had the privilege of coaching at Rising stars for many years, working with many NBA players, including most recently AJ Dybansta.

Genesis has been working with CP3 for over a decade, and are excited to be locked in for many more years to come with our talented younger classes.

Enjoy the experience fellas 💙

Lemar Shir has had himself quite a showing at the NBA Academy games in Atlanta. He has been one of the most efficient and effective PGs in all of the games throughout the tournament.

With an impressive stat line against NBA Green who featured multiple D1 High major and NBA prospects, he showed he can do more than just hang, he impacts winning plays.
