whether you’re an experienced instructor or newly certified, we’re looking for passionate people who love movement, connection, and creating an incredible member experience.

our studio is locally owned & operated, we build our schedules seasonally, invest in continuing education, and genuinely believe the best instructors never stop learning. most importantly, you’ll be teaching one of the most supportive communities around. our members show up ready to work hard, challenge themselves, and cheer on their instructors every step of the way. 💛

There are milestones… and then there are milestones.

Today, we got to celebrate Karen’s 2,500th class at OYF Braeside. 🤯

If you know Karen, you know she’s one of those people who’s always lighting up our studio. She works hard, welcomes everyone with a smile, and somehow always brings such a positive energy into the studio. Over the years, she’s become such a special part of our Braeside family.

One of the best parts has been watching Oxygen become something her whole family enjoys together. Seeing Karen, her husband, and her daughter share so many classes over the years has been incredibly special, and it’s such a beautiful reminder of what this community is all about.

Two thousand five hundred classes is more than just a number. It’s years of early mornings, challenging workouts, quiet moments on the mat, friendships built, and choosing to come back again and again.

Karen, thank you for choosing Braeside to be part of your journey. Thank you for your kindness, your consistency, and for helping make this community what it is. We are so grateful for you.
