✅We survived for five & a half years in a very competitive industry.

✅We survived a two year long pandemic full of operating restrictions and came out the other side.

✅During the pandemic, we unexpectedly departed from our last space and moved into a new, gorgeous studio full of hope for a full comeback for all of our clients, and to welcome new clients in our doors.

🥺However, that is not the reality that transpired. We did not see the comeback we hoped for and as such, can no longer maintain operations.

😪Therefore, we will be closing our doors as of Thursday, June 30th.

⏰If you haven't had time to get to a class and/or you have remaining classes to use up, please join us for a class with our Flex Crew before our time is up.

SO, WHAT'S NEXT?

🌞As we head into the summer months, we will be hosting pop-up workouts indoors and outdoors and will be sending out invites for those as they are scheduled - stay tuned!

👉🏼Michelle will continue to offer personal and small group training (strength, spin, yoga) out of her home studio, outdoor locations, and in our most recent studio space. Please inquire directly.
