Most people don’t lack effort.
They lack direction.

is a practitioner who already understands the body through Massage, Manual Osteopathy, and Clinical Pilates.

But she wants to keep building a body that keeps up with her work, movement, and dance practices.

So we found some GAPs between her goals and where she currently at and have been focusing on:
• developing more capacity through compounds movements
• building strength where she’s usually “just mobile”
• learning to create more tension with eccentric and isometric training

This is what coached sessions look like:
clear targets, structured progressions, and zero guesswork.

If you’re training hard but still feel like something’s missing—this is probably why.

10 days since my left patella tendon repair surgery.

Like a turtle stuck on its back, I’ve been dreaming about rolling over.

Today I did.
And I got on and off the floor without crutches.

Rehab narrows your world in a good way.
The goals get smaller, but the meaning sure gets bigger. ✨

The game is simple:
Work with what you have. Stop reaching for what you don’t.

This turtle rolled over. 🐢

What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

I’ve been living closely with this question for the past two months now:

“Watching how even the smallest flicker of fear reroutes my attention. Attention, boy is our attention ever sacred…

It’s the usual suspects: failure, rejection, being hurt, but underneath them is a quieter, sharper current of fear for me.

A fear of love. Also a fear of success.

Not necessarily romantic love and professional success.
I mean love/success in its ordinary and messy forms: intimacy without shells, self- acceptance that lands, actions followed wholeheartedly.”

Your future mobility isn’t necessarily bought by a PR…
But rather a focus on a portfolio of movement strategies.

For example practicing acrobatic-style movement for me is not to become a circus act, but to diversify my movement currency.

It exposes real failure modes in progressed safe, repeatable ways. I learn how to fail, fall, recover, re-orient, and use momentum.

It sharpens sensory fidelity. Acrobatics demands proprioception, vestibular tolerance, vision-integration, and timing.

That’s why I’m excited to bring back Workshops, Programs, and Online Material as soon as February 2026.

There will be options for all levels. Stay Tuned!

This is me getting back to “good enough” on some old projects to put some new movements together for other movement nerds/professions.

Do me a favour, Comment and I’ll send you something extra for being interested in trying something new!
