Seton fam — our updated class schedule is here 🧡

A few notable changes:
• Saturdays: we’ve added a 6:00am Strength/Tread 50
• The 7:00am Saturday time slot is now an Orange 60
• We no longer have Strength/Tread 50 at 3:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Sunday’s HYROX class now starts at 12:45pm (instead of 1:00pm)

Hi!
My name is Britt 😊 I’ve been a coach at Orangetheory Seton since January 2017. My passion for coaching really comes down to what makes group classes so special — the people (YOU!). I’m a total nerd when it comes to exercise physiology, and in my spare time I’m always learning more about how the body works. In my classes, I’m very hands-on with form because my biggest goal is for you to leave feeling supported, proud of what you accomplished, and confident in your movements. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work together to find something that does.

I truly believe exercise isn’t meant to feel like a punishment. One of the things I love most about OTF is that the workouts are designed for every body. I’ve also experienced two pregnancies while coaching here, which has taught me so much about adapting, listening to my body, and approaching fitness with humility — lessons I carry into every class.

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, choosing to show up makes a positive difference, and I’m so grateful to be part of that. If we haven’t met yet, I’m looking forward to it. And if we have, I can’t wait to see you again soon 🍊 ❤️
