🚫 Millican Ogden Pool – Closed for the Remainder of the Day
For everyone’s safety, Millican Ogden is closed for the remainder of the day for both public drop-in and lessons, due to Calgary’s Air Quality Health Index reaching 10+ (Very High Risk).
Credits have been placed on both lesson and public swim accounts for today’s closure.
According to Environment Canada’s official guidance for this risk level:
🔹 At-risk populations (children, older adults, and those with heart or lung conditions): avoid strenuous activities outdoors entirely.
🔹 General population: reduce or reschedule strenuous outdoor activities, especially if you notice symptoms like coughing or throat irritation.
