Tuck-N-Tumble Gymnastics

Host your next birthday party at Tuck-N-Tumble Gymnastics! Choose one of two options: $150 for 1hr of active games and gymnastics fun for up to 12 children! Or $225 for 1.5 hours for up to 12 children.

Birthday child can choose the games, the activities such as mission impossible, parachute or use of things like hula hoops, balls, or ribbons etc.

Join Instructor Carrie Versfeld with our new Mom & Me Yoga Strong class. The first half of the class will focus on improving overall body & core strength using mini bands and light weights allowing you to reconnect with your body. The second half will be a yoga practice focusing on tight hips and shoulders, improving your mobility and range of motion while playfully connecting with your baby/toddler.

These classes are suited for Mamas of any yoga level that are cleared for exercise from their doctor. No equipment necessary.

www.tuckntumble.ca gymnastics club is proud to offer Summer Camps.

Join us for a full week of summer fun at the Tuck-N-Tumble location in Silver Springs. Depending on the week, we offer ages 5-13. Children are grouped according to age and skill level to ensure a top learning environment and maximum fun!

New changes for the fall:
- We have increased time between classes to ensure social distancing
- Enhanced cleaning between each class
- Coaches will wear either a mask or face shield for the duration of the class
- Smaller class sizes for better coach to child ratio and excellent customisation of the class for each child to better suit their skill level and interests.
