Attending every lesson is important but...

There are times when life gets in the way and one cannot make it to the tennis lesson. And that's ok. Take the time away from tennis instructions to enjoy other physical activity. Sometimes the eye-hand coordination is actually improved by being away for a short while and understanding the tennis technique clicks. This also happens when one is away for the summer and comes back to the wall method. Students come back without new errors in their technique and just pick up where they left off.

Well done!

Now that the students have mastered the basic motion and started to hit five or more tennis balls in a row, they are ready to switch to a faster ball the size of a regular ball but with an orange dot. With a little bit of practice, they will be ready to play across the net next lesson.

Free Lessons on Monday, June 5 and 12!

Welcome to free classes on the last two Mondays of the Winter/Spring session, June 5 and 12. All equipment will be provided for new students. The ongoing intensive tennis technique program takes place at a gym close to MRU in SW Calgary, for students from 7 years old and up, beginner to intermediate level.
