I found this as a remake from Chefkla (the Kardashians’ chef 👀) and had to put my own Choice Fitness spin on it.

It’s never gonna be perfect. Stop chasing perfection and do your best every single day.
We walk into a fitness class, hit “start” on our watch and the first thing we think is:
How many calories am I going to burn?
Don’t get me wrong — I LOVE classes. I teach them, I thrive in them, and they absolutely have a place. They boost your mood, your energy, your consistency, and your community.
But here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear…
Calories burned during a workout are NOT what changes your body.
If your goal is to sculpt, define, and truly change your body composition, the magic happens elsewhere:
👉 Strength training.
👉 Progressively lifting heavier weights.
👉 Challenging your muscles close to failure.
That’s what builds lean muscle.
That’s what tightens and shapes.
That’s what actually changes how your body looks.
Because muscle is what drives your metabolism — not how many calories your watch says you burned in 45 minutes.
So yes… come to class. Sweat. Have fun. Get your heart rate up. 🙌
But if you’re serious about results?
