A relaxed and soft abdominal area is essential for pelvic health and overall physiological balance. When the abdomen is chronically "gripped" or tight, it creates a cascade of tension that impacts the entire body. This workshop will concentrate on how to refine the asanas to keep the pelvis relaxed, expanding and extending.
Using the precision of supportive supine poses, standing poses, backbends, and inversions, we'll explore how thoughtful practice can release tension, create spaciousness, and cultivate balance from the pelvis outward.
