Brian said he wanted to make the show great! He did. He placed 1st, and won 2 golds, and a bronze in Mens Physique and Masters Body building.

It was also special to have been approached by the federation owner and get told my coaching was impressive, and spot on for targeting and bringing up what was needed for Brian, from his last show to cutting for stage was perfect 👌. I will never stop doing my absolute best for my clients!

Things people don't see that Brian has learned:
1) Learning to navigate social pressure.
2) Doing what you don't feel like, because it matters.
3) Learning to take control of your health, body, and mind.
4) not to sacrifice your health for things that don't serve you
Brian has worked with me for a 2 years now. We went from 220lb" avg. dad body" to a comfortable 190 lbs of lean muscle. We don't do cardio, we don't do huge meal swings, we don't stress about life! He followed the plan I built specifically for him. He asked questions, got answers and he also trusted the process.

You don't realize how strong you need to be when all you think about is the end results. And that is the reason you fall off the wagon and give up. There are many steps taking to get the results.

Showtime money shot - You would think at first that it's scary going up on stage and meeting all kinds of strong women. But in the moment, it was nothing like that. They were all kind and supportive, and everyone embraced everyone.
Shows are a great way to push yourself, meet like-minded people, and show off your work.
I can't forget to mention the other benefits of getting healthy and making healthy choices is the feeling great, being healthy, strong and looking great!

This is a prime example of what a goal looks like when you take action. This journey was not easy some days, and some days were amazing! There is so much to be gained daily from keeping consistent and keeping your head up. (LOL, nobody likes pictures until you see progress like this! He smiles now ☺️)

This client came in wanting to kick ass, and he did it. First, it was to challenge his age and then to complete. He did it all! He came out with a few medals and a trophy and is rocking his age group and health,beating that glass ceiling.

Through his journey, we lost fat and gained a lot of muscle completely recompositioned his body. Increased his stamina, metabolism, and cardiovascular system.

We are still going strong and are ready for some new growth and competitions. New goals are set!

It's a proven fact that after a thought enters our mind, If we dont act on our thoughts within 5 seconds, it becomes an afterthought.

Take action within the first 5 seconds. This can be written down, physically taking action or speaking it to fruition.

After 5 seconds, if nothing is done, we will most like forget about it, and you will then convince yourself that the idea is not worth it right now.

He showed up stronger than ever and got gold,🥇 and silver 🥈in Mens physique and Masters physique. We have been working hard over these past few months to restructure his body and physique.

We built the upper body, and put on some good inches in the chest, lats and back, and tapered in the waistline 👌

Age is just a number, and it reflects how you treat your body. This client is 60 years old and now has the body of a 30 to 40 year old person average person.
