A standing desk is better for you than a sitting desk?
🔥IT DEPENDS. 🔥
🪑Sitting all day is definitely NOT great for your body – studies link it with all sorts of negatives from aches and pains to chronic disease and even a shorter lifespan.
But standing all day is also linked with potential issues like back and leg/foot pain and varicose veins.
🚶♂️🧍♀️The best bet: alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day! And don’t forget to take “moving breaks” – like walking around the office, doing active tasks, etc.
👉Do you sit at work? Stand? Or both?

The garage gym is pretty much done. We need a few storage solutions for the plates. And of course there are a few pieces of equipment I still want! We still have curtains hanging over the shelving at the back of the garage where we store all our random stuff. Anyone have any ideas? The second photo with Xavier our husky is a good view of the shelves with black curtains to cover up the eye sore.

3 months till I get the screws and plate out of my tibia and hopefully fix my snapping medial hamstring tendons. I’m determined. ... and Xavier is sneaking his way into another gym photo while I am doing set of barbell reverse lunges.
