Hello ladies! I just wanted to jump on here and tell you a little about me!
Fitness and health is very important to me... but it never use to be like that.
I was way overweight and was not feeling comfortable with myself. I thought that over indulging in food would make me happy... well it didn't.
I ended up talking to a friend and my mother in law and a few others about weight watchers. I kept saying no, no, no but in the end I tried it and it really worked! I dropped over 60 pounds with healthy eating and giving myself proper eating habit.
Yes I get off the bandwagon sometimes but I still pull through. It's a lifestyle change.
I now have a gym membership where I workout 5 days a week... I never would of even thought of that back in the day!
