MONDAY | Prairie Winds Park
Class: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 💥
Focus: Deep sweat, endurance, and pure intensity to start the week strong.
TUESDAY | Erin Woods Community Garden
Class: FIT Camp 🏋️‍♂️
Focus: High-energy interval workout pushing speed, strength, and stamina.
WEDNESDAY | McHugh Bluff Fitness Park (Downtown Calgary)
Class: Reggae Tone + FIT Combo 🎶🔥
Focus: The ultimate hybrid session—combining high-energy rhythms and interval training.
THURSDAY | McHugh Bluff Fitness Park (Downtown Calgary)
Class: FIT Camp ⚡
Focus: Final evening push of the week under the Crescent Heights stairs!
