Last weekend, we had a great time hosting our Anatomy & Exercise Fundamentals course 💪✨

It was an inspiring weekend of learning, movement, and expanding knowledge, as movement professionals deepened their understanding of the body, built smarter programming skills, and continued growing in their practice.
