Gotta say that I am looking forward to this small group of athletes again this summer. Still have a few athletes away so the group is starting off small. Coaching is about relationships. With these three guys I have spent a combined total of 32 off-seasons working with them. Wow. Another great summer ahead!

Was a privilege to coach Peak Power’s own Stan Salogovic for winning his weight category at the Peak Power Open weightlifting comp. New provincial record in the Sn**ch (109kg) and qualifying for Nationals. Nicest sn**ch technique at the comp.

A great weekend running an NCCP Weightlifting Intro Clinic. Love meeting new people who have a passion for the sport of Weightlifting.
Starting to get the athlete studio set up. More to come but here is a small clip of one of my diehard athletes working on some VBT with the Gymaware after a huge PR day on his cleans. Big things to come in a smaller facility. But the same technology and coaching.
20 min after his first session learning the Sn**ch. This young athlete is going to be legit. Few things we need to clean up with hand position and transition. But what a start. Looking forward to breaking records!!
