Training Camp Updates:
•Sam Bennett did not skate with the group on Saturday (unfit to participate)
•Lineup in Group A starting to take shape (Via The Athletic’s Hailey Salvia)
•Flames assign Luke Philp, Eetu Tuulola, Colton Poolman, and Garret Sparks to Stockton Heat.
•Oliver Kylington joins camp for first time today after a few days of immigration issues
•Brett Ritchie (PTO) joined in on his first practice today
•”Calgary’s WJC prospects (Pelletier, Zary, Wolf) will be joining on-ice sessions with the team at training camp tomorrow,” according to Pat Steinberg. He adds, “Jakob Pelletier says they’ve been told they’ll likely play in Monday’s intra-squad game.”
