Shifts are happening within the coaching industry, and I personally am here for it! We are collectively realizing that our time has value, and as my soul sister says "your soul has epic s**t to do".

Back in december the universe grabbed me by the shoulders and gave me a shake... I needed to loosen up the grip and truly embrace SURRENDER!

For me (and many of my clients) one of the big reoccurring lessons revolved around boundaries.

The beautiful thing about all boundaries is the fact that by enforcing your boundaries you're giving a gift to yourself and to those around you... its a gift to yourself in the sense that you're showing yourself additional love, compassion, and value. It's a gift to those around you in the sense that they can clearly determine what you are, and are not available for (it also allows clients to hold themselves accountable).  
 
This year I'm taking in the lessons from 2022 and applying some new boundaries to my business for 2023.

For many of my clients (and for myself) many of those leasons put a spotlight on the things that were no longer of service.

👋🏼 Loosening boundaries for the benefit of others.

Radical self love is hard 🤷🏻‍♀️

Even as a coach with all the tools, deeply and completely loving myself can be a challenge at times. (Just posting this photo took a dose of self love & self acceptance)

You know exactly what it’s like.

The world around us is full of images showing what we “should” be like, how we “should” act… And when you don’t fit into that confined mould it’s easy to question what is wrong with you.

The thing is, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you, nor is there anything wrong with me. We are all wonderful and worthy of love exactly as you are!

Today I’m choosing to support my own journey of radical self love by recording a new hypnosis track, and listening to it daily.

The deepest transformations are not really about change, but rather profound 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣!

In the coaching industry the narrative is heavily focused on creating “change”. It’s a narrative that I too had subscribed to and perpetuated.

And while I still believe that parts of the narrative are true, I am so believe that some of it is false.

The transformations that coaching facilities isn’t about changing who you are… the transformations come from 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚!

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 parts of yourself that had been locked away deep inside of you

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 those parts are beautiful, unique and worthy of being shared

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 it is safe for you to embody those parts of you

𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙞𝙣𝙜 that you are truly happier when you allow those parts of you to shine bright AF

This is a realization that I had while away at my Master Coach/Practitioner retreat earlier this month.

Nothing about me was changed during those 7 days, and yet I returned home feeling completely transformed.
