A lot of people feel anxious walking into a gym. If it feels intimidating, you’re not the only one.
We see it all the time, and it’s completely normal. Most people here started unsure too. It gets easier!
If that’s you right now, a few things that can help:
→ start with a class or program so you’re guided from start to finish
→ set-up a free consultation with a trainer before you come in the first time for an in depth tour and orientation
→ ask all of your questions, we’re always happy to help!
→ have a simple plan with simple exercises that require minimal set-up (even just 2–3 exercises)
→ bring a friend or familiar face!

It’s gonna be May 🕺🏼
What’s up this month:
We will be open from 8am - 8pm on Mon, May 18 for Victoria Day which means a slight change for the May long weekend:
→ There will be no Cycle class on Sunday, May 17th
→ There will be no morning Cycle class on Monday, May 18th
→ On Monday, May 18th Yoga Flow will be at 6pm and there will be no Metcon class.
Please make sure you’re registering and checking-in for classes!

How many floors can you climb on the StairMaster in 15 minutes?
Here’s why we love this challenge:
→ High calorie burn: this gets your heart rate up fast and keeps it there, meaning you’re getting serious work done without needing a long session!
→ Cardio + strength combo: Your lungs are working, but so are your glutes, quads, and calves with every single step.
→ Intensity > time: an intentional 15 minutes can go a long way if you push yourself.
Pro tip: Don’t go all-out in the first 3 minutes. Find a pace you can hold, then turn it up in the last 5 minutes.
