Progress looks different for everyone. ❤️🖤

A stronger push. A sharper turn. A first goal. The confidence to try again after a tough practice.

At CSHA, we celebrate those moments—because every bit of progress matters, and having teammates cheering you on makes it even better.

Whatever your starting point, there’s room to grow and a team ready to welcome you. 🏒

Come find your stride. Come join our hockey family.

Sledge builds more than confidence. It creates a family. ❤️🏒

It’s the teammate who saves you a spot, the laughter in the dressing room, and the people cheering you on—on and off the ice.

At Calgary Sledge Hockey, those connections reach beyond the players to families, coaches, and volunteers. There’s a place for you here, too.

Come join our family. Message us to learn about trying sledge hockey! ❤️🖤

🏒 MYTH: Sledge hockey is only for people with disabilities.

✅ FACT: At Calgary Sledge Hockey Association, our community programs welcome players with AND without disabilities!

Siblings, friends and teammates can share the ice, learn new skills and experience the speed, competition and camaraderie of sledge hockey together. ❤️🖤

You don’t need a disability to get in a sled. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try!

📩 Message Calgary Sledge Hockey Association to learn how to get involved.

National and international competition have separate eligibility requirements.

The University of Calgary’s SHRed Concussions study is looking for participants. This is an opportunity for our sledge hockey community to contribute to research! ❤️

Why take part?
✅ Contribute to a greater understanding of injuries in your sport.
✅ Access assessments through Telehealth for suspected concussion or severe musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries with a sports medicine physician.

Participation involves signing up, completing surveys and reporting injuries throughout the season to your SHRed Representative.
