Ready to Rip tater chip.
Tore it down, cleaned it up and add a couple new parts for season #2. Everyone kept telling me bigger FFP scope for next year, so I put on a NX8, some taller rings to accommodate. Then the bi-pod for some this year.
3 matches and 2 deer last season, let's see what we can do next.

Hunting season is over.....for me, at least.
Im out of weekends for the season, and I'm happy i got some meat in the freezer. I was sitting for about 7 hours today and then got up to have a little stretch. Then, this guy runs out at 25yrds when im not even close to my rifle! He disappeared like a flash! If I just sat for 5 more minutes, it would have been easy peasy. I then threw all my stuff into the ole bag and spot for him, see him way down at the bottom of the trees huffin' it. So I then ran to the top for the cut line where I could see the bottom, and he might cross.
Spotted him in the thick brush, and he was moving. So I ranged the next clearing, 500yrds, dialed the scope, and got the rifle on top of an old fence post. Felt like a split second later, he crest the hill and slowed down for that split second! Let one fly and didnt even go 20yrds. Further harvest to date! All that prs this summer paid off! Love my rifle!

Got to shoot my second match and it was awesome! It was truly a great match. Lots of fun and plenty challenging. Looking forward to doing it again next year! Thanks to team for teaching me some things along the way!

Tried something new!

Went out and gave it a go at the Cactus Cup PRS match this past weekend. It was quite humbling. Shooting small targets in the wind is no joke! Had a blast and can't wait to go again. Thanks to e and volunteers for putting on and running the match. Also, thanks, , for bringing me along!
