Our Youth Fundamentals class has plenty of energy and movement, but we channel it into learning clean techniques. Our coaching staff keeps the room relaxed and focused so kids can figure out the game at their own pace.

What a week! We are incredibly proud to celebrate our recent adult and kids promotions! Watching you all level up, both on and off the mats, is exactly why we do this. Your hard work, dedication, and continuous growth inspire us every single day. Huge congratulations to everyone who earned their new belts! And as always, thank you to all of the members and families who continue to support this team! We couldn't do it without you! 👏🔥🦅

The Montreal Open is in the books. We couldn't be more proud of our small team that went to take on Montreal. Super strong showings from everyone across the board, amazing vibes sent from the team back home watching online, and such great support from our fellow practitioners from other clubs in Calgary. It's always great to see the Calgary jiu jitsu community come together during these events!

ADCC made its first visit to Calgary in April to a huge turnout. We think it's time for to do the same and bring an event to Western Canada!
