Every tournament is a valuable experience and an opportunity to grow.

This time, I did not achieve the result I was hoping for, but that is part of the journey. Winning is not the only measure of progress. Each step, each performance, and each challenge teaches us something important.

When we do not reach the highest result, it simply means there is more work to do, more to improve, and more reason to push ourselves beyond our limits.

Karate is not only about winning medals. It is about discipline, effort, learning from every experience, and continuing to move forward with a stronger spirit.

I am grateful for the opportunity to compete, and I will keep working harder.

We proudly honor an extraordinary milestone only a select few in Canada has achieved.

Congratulations to our Chief Instructor, Sensei Daniel Verzotti on his promotion to 7th Dan.

This remarkable achievement reflects not only decades of dedication and discipline but the quiet strength of character that defines a truly exceptional teacher.

This recognition is more than a rank but a tribute to a life devoted to the pursuit of excellence, sharing of knowledge and the betterment of others.

Please join us in celebrating and honoring this outstanding achievement and the legacy he continues to build.
