If youâve ever lost fat but keeping it off is where things fall apart, this is for you.
Yo-yo dieting doesnât happen because you âlost motivation.â
It happens because no one taught you how to maintain.
â
You donât need to stay the exact same weight forever.
â
You will have weeks where life throws you off.
â
You will have weeks you want to let loose a little.
But instead of panicking, overcorrecting, or signing up for the next detoxâŚ
You notice it, adjust slightly, and carry on.
Maintenance isnât about perfection. Itâs about awareness.
Itâs about learning how to stay in range and course correct before things spiral.
This is what I coach my clients through.
Because fat loss isnât the finish line.
Keeping it off with your sanity intact is the real goal.
đ If youâre done with the all-or-nothing cycle, I can help.
Comment RESULTS and Iâll send you the details for my 1:1 coaching.

You didnât gain fat because you turned 40. Or 50. Or 60.
Age affects weight and body composition but not as directly as you think.
Sure, hormonal changes make weight loss a little harder.
But menopause is not the reason you gained the weight in the first place.
And menopause is not the reason you canât lose it.
Swipe to see what actually happened..
And the good news?
Itâs all fixable.
You CAN build strength, lose fat, and feel great in your body again.
Even if itâs been years since you felt that way.

I didnât realize how off I felt⌠until I started prioritizing these things again.
â Start paying more attention to dialling in my nutrition. The food we eat (or donât eat) directly impacts our mood, energy and health. (duh)
â Hired a coach and trained with purpose (and intensity)
â Connecting more with people I love
â Finding a good balance between work mode and fun
â Moving my body more in general. Itâs funny how more movement = more energy
If youâve been feeling a little off too, this is your reminder to check in.
What would be on your list?

I started strength training 16 years ago, in 2009, and itâs one of the best decisions Iâve ever made.
Not just for how itâs changed my body and strength but for how itâs changed my mind.
The confidence. The discipline. The reminder that I can show up for myself and do the hard thing, because yes, it does feel hard for me too sometimes.
That all came from picking up a barbell all those years ago.
If youâve been at this awhile, you know what I mean!
If youâre just starting out, trust me⌠keep showing up and youâll be so happy you did.
The one thing I do wish I did sooner was follow a custom program made just for me and my goals.
Iâm currently running a summer offer for custom training programs, something Iâve never done before (you always had to be coaching with me 1:1).
Shoot me a message if youâre interested in hearing more.
Youâll never regret investing in your health.
Itâs either now or later. âđź

1 year in business đ
& to celebrate this milestone I travelled to the Phillipines with my best friends.
I could list a dozen reasons why you shouldnât start your own business but having freedom to create your schedule and work from anywhere is definitely a plus.
Taking the leap was intimidating but I always say nothing good comes from staying in your comfort zone. Looking back, it was the best decision I could have made for myself.
If you have been holding off on something for fear of failure..
This is your sign to do it scared!
